This is a vintage chuck for small drill bits.
Can be used in lathe or mill.
Been used for years but life still left in this good quality tool.
Body of chuck is 2 1/4" in diameter.
Looks like 1/4" bit would be maximum size chuck will fit.
Due to age and use, I would not consider this a precision tool.
