This compressor is new and out of box. It was mounted on a project, wire terminals where installed on the wires, but never used or turned on, the project truck was not completed. This compressor never left the shop. It was taken off and put on my shelf. NOTE: look closely at the pictures as there are some signs of it sitting on my shop shelf.
