This 400 ml orbital steering valve was purchase for a tractor project I did not complete.
Never has been used.
There are signs of it sitting on my shelf for a while.

I am 99% sure from my memory this unit is NON load reactive, meaning it will not return to center automatically when you release the wheel.
This has been stored on my shelf in a sealed bag to ensure it is clean inside and out.
