This loaded NP435 main shaft is from a NP435L identified by a 23 tooth 1.66 third gear.
It was removed from a 73-77 Ford F250 High Boy truck.
It uses a 28 spline output .
This is the correct output shaft for the tail housing that had a 28 spline 1310 yoke to hook to the jack shaft for the divorced transfer case.
There is another Ford NP435 that uses a 24 tooth third gear and is 1.74 ratio third.
