This cover does NOT have pto bosses.
Some with this part number do.
Ready for your Ford NP435, no cracks.
NOTE: there is a some corrosion on the under side that will need to be cleaned up.

You will receive the exact cover in the pictures.
NOTE: the cover is the 5 5/8" tall vesion and uses a shifter with the 3" long finger, measrued from the bottom of the half round to the tall on the end.
There is a cover that it is 6 3/8" that uses a 3 3/4" finger for the shifter out there also, please verify what your need is before ordering.
