Ford New Process 271F manual shift transfer case loaded main shaft.
Comes with all in the pictures.
This transfer case was a 2000 year model.
The 99-10 models used a case that had the standard 6 bolt flange pattern that bolted to the adaptor between the transmission and the transfer case.
Some slight surface rust on a few parts, should clean right off, see pictures to be sure this will work for you.
