For the 99-04 Fod F250 F350.
Works for the 4R100 automatic or the ZF S6‑650 manual tranmission.
Crossmember had a duel hole pattern so both transmissions work.

The crossmember will with the diesel or the gas engines offered during 99-04.
THIS CROSSMEMBER IS ONLY FOR THE 4X4 VERSION OF TRUCKS.
NOTE: depending on the tranmission used manual or automatic you will need to get the correct isolator mount as the isolator mount is different from the two transmissisons.
