This is the Ford BW1356 rear output flange yoke used on the Broncos from right about 90-96.
The earlier BW1356 cases used a slip joint rear output.
You get the yoke nut and washer to install.
Additionally you get the factory original flange bolts to attach the rear drive shaft to the flange yoke.
