Original driver drop case.
You get both the front and rear case halves.
Outside of case has dirt and grease and will be shipped just as the picture shows.
This case has the pressed in annulus gear that is the "early cut" gear that was used 1994 and earlier.
The earlier cases 88-94 used the wider input shaft bearing .940" also and will require an input shaft from the earlier style that uses the wider .940 bearing.
