NOTE: all threads have been chased with tap.
TWO OF THE UPPER THREADED HOLES HAVE BEEN REPAIRED WITH PROPERLY INSTALLED HELI-COIL. This was done becuse these two holes had questinable threads, we wanted this bell housing to be ready to bolt on with a little clean up.
This bell housing has the threaded bosses on the bottom for the factory braces that went up to the engine mounts. This bell will work with or without them.
Used in the Chevy and GMC trucks 85-87 for the 1/2 ton. 85-90 ish 3/4 and 1 ton Square Body trucks. 85-91 Suburban, Jimmy and Blazer.
