As removed, could use a little degreasing.
Includes the cover, along with the original carrier bearing caps.
This is a GM 10 bolt empty front axle housing, not the earlier used Dana 44.
GM started using the 10 bolt around 1977, please verify it is a 10 bolt and not a Dana 44 front housing you need before you order.
Good idea to plan on replacing the upper ball joint bushings, they screw out and back in.
