The ring to mount comes with the boot.
NOTE: See pics the inside rubber has a tear in it.
The outside you see looks good and is solid wth no damage.
NOTE: the shifter is crome but has some peeling in spots, see pics.
You also will get the shifter knob.
You get the whole set and you will be ready to go.
