This plastic mount and steel mount for jack mounts jack on the driver side inner fender well and the mount for the jack handle and the tire iron for the inner passenger side.
Includes factory hardware to mount all the pieces.
I believe this was used in the later years of the square body trucks as my 88 Suburban has it in this location.
You will have to determine if this is correct jack placement for you.
