68-78 cases have a case bore hole of 2.440" for the front counter shaft bearing.
The front countershaft bearing ID size is 1.338".
NOTE: Late cases 79 and after use a 2.250 " bearing OD and a 1.400 bearing ID.
Good useable GM SM465 empty case.
These cases are the same for 2wd and 4x4.
GM part number 6273212.
Cleaned up a little, it will still need some cleaning before assembly.
The bearing size change is important because the front shaft of the counter shaft matches with the early and late case bearing size.
