This is a GM version of the NP435 empty bare case.
Part number C-95948K.
This case is unique to GM NP435 used from 67-72 in some of their 1/2 ton and 1 ton pickup trucks.
NOTE: the driver side front lower corner has been ground smooth by the previous owner, see pictures. This will cause no problems but want to point out so no surprises.
