This set of internal and external shifter parts where remvoed from a 1968 Ford C6 transmission.
This is the pre 1972 early style.
The shifter detent is handled on the valve body and NOT with a spring screwed to the case.
This type has no "rooster" on it and is only for the 66-72 cases.
