This counter shaft was removed from a 1961 SM420.
1954-1963 should be the same according to my research.
Please verify this 1961 will work for your transmission BEFORE you order.
NOTE: There is rust on this unit, look closly to verify if it will work for you.
This main shaft will need to be cleaned up before use.
