• These axle shaft are the same length 26 5/8" long for both left or right side application.
• This axle shaft is for the S10 with the optional 8.5" 10 bolt with drum brakes that GM used up to 2003 or so in their SQ8 and Extreme trucks that where two wheel drive.
• The later years GM was using up there left over 8.5" housings even thought they had changed to 8.6" rear axles.
• This is NOT for the 7.5" rear axle that many of the S10 trucks had.
• S10 DRUM BRAKE 8.5" TWO WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS OPTIONED WITH THE UPGRADED 8.5".
• This is a 30 spline axle shaft with 5-4.75" lug pattern.
