This bumper is a painted bumper.
It has the holes for the impact strip that GM used on the later version of the first gen S10 truck and SUV.
This is for the 91-93 S10 and S15 pickup and the 91-94 Blazer and Jimmy.
Original GM steel bumper not some Taiwan import of low quality. This bumper has a few rub marks on it but over all very nice.
No twists or rusted out areas.

This bumper has the holes to mount a front license plate if your state requires one.
