Shifter with pivot bolt, adaptor, upper crossmember mount.
You also get the hardware to mount the adaptor to the crossmember.
You will need to provide your rubber isolator, easy to find new.

Adaptor is 8 58" long and is intended for the C6 with the 18 1/23" long 4x4 output shaft.
The adaptor is exsclusivly for the 77-79 trucks with the C6 that used the 18 1/2" long 4x4 output shaft.
