This right inner axle shaft is for the 1973-1980 Dana 44 front axle these trucks, Suburban, Jimmy and Blazer used.
This axle shaft uses the 5-760X joint. Cap diameter measurement of 1.188. The joint is 3.219" across the caps.
NOTE: around 77-80 was a change over for the front axle from Dana 44 to the similar GM 10 Bolt.
This axle shaft will NOT work for the GM 10 bolt.
To verify you get the correct axle the measurement form center of u joint end of splines is 18.5" long.
