This is the jack shaft or drive shaft that goes between the C6 automatic transmission and the divorced NP205 in a 1973-77.5 Ford F250 Highboy.
Keep in mind this drive shaft is from a 1974 truck and is 52 years old, it need to be taken apart cleaned and greased.
You will need new joints also.
NOTE: This drive shaft is the flange type on the transmission side to match your flange C6 output yoke.
