This hub is for the Dana 44 and Dana 44HD closed kunckle front drum brake that was used from 67-75 on the Ford F250 Highboy 4x4 trucks.
This hub is the big hub or external spline that was used on these axles.
NOTE: Wheel studs are not gaurenteed and should be replaced as good practice.
