This is a SM420 4 speed manual transmission rear cover or bearing retainer includes the speedometer shaft hole threaded plug if you need it for a four wheel drive divorced transfer case set up.
If you are using for a two wheel drive application just remove plug and install your driven speedometer shaft.
Removed from a case with 7 digits so was from a 64-67 transmission.
