This is a SM420 4 speed manual transmission top or shifter tower.
This was removed from a 1961 SM420 transmission and has the pivot rod prodruding out the passenger side for the hand lever for a driveline parking brake.
Can be used with a transmission with no driveline parking brake.
Has rust under the cover and will need to be cleaned up and lubricated.
